Capital-Gazette Newspapers is hosting a free public forum to discuss the ongoing efforts to restore the health of the Chesapeake Bay.
The forum is planned for 10 a.m. March 27 at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, 801 Chase St. in Annapolis.
The forum will feature bay experts and a question-and-answer session. Some of the participants include Chuck Fox, senior adviser to the Environmental Protection Agency administrator; Howard Ernst, a Naval Academy political science professor and author of "Chesapeake Bay Blues" and "Fight for the Bay: Why a Dark Green Environmental Awakening is Needed to Save the Chesapeake Bay;" Kim Coble, Maryland executive director, Chesapeake Bay Foundation; Diana L. Muller, South Riverkeeper, South River Federation, as well as someone from the state Department of Natural Resources leadership.
