Nick DiPasquale, Director, Chesapeake Bay Program Office of Environmental Protection Agency, will be the keynote speaker at the annual meeting of the West/Rhode Riverkeeper.
Twice a year—spring and fall—we hold General Meetings for our membership.
These are open to the public and we present one or two topics of interest.

Our last General Meeting was at Camp Letts in Edgewater on Friday, November 14, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.  The meeting took place in the camp's Dining Hall and was a potluck.

Camp Letts has a beautiful campus on the banks of the Rhode River.  They have been fantastic partners with West/Rhode Riverkeeper and have allowed the Riverkeeper to do a number of projects on their property to make them better environmental stewarts and help clean our waterways.

Nick DiPasquale, Director, Chesapeake Bay Program Office of Environmental Protection Agency, was the keynote speaker and discussed how West/Rhode Riverkeeper's efforts fit into the regional efforts to protect the Chesapeake Bay.

Directions to Camp Letts:

Driving North on Route 2, turn right onto Route 214 E (Central Avenue), drive 2.2 miles then take a slight right onto Camp Letts Road.  Drive down Camp Letts Road and bare right at the fork, park in the large parking lot at the end of the road.  The Dining Hall is the large building to your right when pulling into the parking lot.
